STAR FOX 64 3D?!??!! *nerdgasm*

It may not be a continuation of the series, BUT A PORTABLE REMAKE OF A FAVORITE FOR THE UPCOMING 3DS?!! SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! I'll HAVE to get the 3DS solely for that reason! Four years since the last game and it's worth the wait. 8D FINALLY SOME LIGHT TO THE CLASSIC SERIES! 8D (Yes, I'm a large fan of the series.)
I'm curious how the characters themselves will appear in the game. Updated versions of their 64 selves or still going off the style introduced in Command that continued into Brawl? I hope it's an updated 64 set. I hate Fox's bell-shaped, constant angry eyes Command head.

Bleh, I'd much rather if they brought back the old SNES pair. Star Fox 2 >>> 64. But then again, I just hate SF64 all around. :X
