Don't you know anything? The number of cocks your character has is directly correlated to how interesting and aesthetically pleasing your character is. For example:

A person with a single dick is only slightly interesting, whereas a person with nine is absolutely fascinating. A person with zero dicks isn't interesting at all. Wait, I think I did the math on that wrong.

According to new theories I've learned that officially makes you the most interesting person I've met on FA.

Hey, sometimes it's alright for ref sheets to have 'em. Some characters have some really weird Tim Burton or Wonka penor and I don't see it being a problem having a mature reference sheet showing the odd shape/color to it.

Wait, are we talking about reference sheets having penis in it, or when the reference sheet has the penis three times bigger then the character themselves (like, a reference sheet of the penis that happens to show the character somewhere in the picture)?

Both. In the regular world genitalia of any kind rarely make it to a reference sheet.
