It's external. When water touches my skin, I break out in hives and itch. D: It sucks. When it rains, when I shower, swimming. All the time lol

WOW! QnQ that has got to suck! I cant believe that the human body could be allergic to WATER! its just baffling

Well according to that article the symptoms could just be from moderate and severe itching, to pain and pins-and-needles
so it sounds like the most likely, if albeit rare, diagnosis in my opinion U_U
