I was reading Comments on a youtube submition called FA - The Furry Song 2009 With Lyrics and it had me thinking what should I do if someone were to troll on me about furry hatred and how furryness is bad and such.

I was wondering if anyone would support me if that were to happn to me /..\ (Like say on devant art or any place more open than Furaffinity...)

Simply ignore them. I've been trolled before and the only thing you can do is just ignore them.

Oh, yeah. I know the feeling. In all honestly, I think you're just better off posting where furry is accepted and not where it isn't. You're less likely to get trolled then.

i don't think so, I haven't seen many haters on DA, or any other site for that matter, the only problem site is youtube (no problem brah XD)

I just hope one day If I were to post something on DA I dont get nothing but hater comments for something simple *Yikes* (And I wanna post some animations on youtube too gotta get that flashprogram)

When trolls appear, the best protection is not to have any :X

Seriously, i know how trolls work. Their goal is to cause big reactions with little effort. They LOVE to see their targets trying to defend themselves and if other people come and stick up for them, it means the troll's words are affecting his target.

One of the trolls' primary jobs is to entertain. If the show is boring, the troll will go away and find a more entertaining victim.

Ignore them, they just want to get on your nerves. Don't let them.

i would be more than happy to help as long as i knew the whole story. your my buddy and friends stick up for each other. ^^ at the same time, i always try to talk down those kinds of situations, but have dealt with my share of those who need admin intervention. ^^;

The only protection against trolls is ignoring them. They enjoy pressing people buttons. They like making us feel something(anger,sadness,depression). I know it can be annoying but answering them is like giving up. Those people like attention so if we give them none they will be gone. =3

I would support you if you needed it though.

Here's a helpful tip on how to deal with the world: Always remember that many people are bastards that can't wait to find a reason to put you down. It's only that in real life most hide it because they can't take the confrontation. On the net however anonymity rules and thus these people have an easier time to emerge to annoy the fuck out of the decent people. And since all they want from you is for you to feel bad, the best way to counter it is to laugh at how pitiful they are and then ignore them.

I mean some people are so pitiful it hurts... like when Jeriko posted a sad image and talked about her sadness after her father had gone and killed himself some douche just went and posted "lol" as a comment to that pic. That's just ridiculously insensitive...

Reinforce your mind with the classic saying "Sticks and stones may hurt my bones but words will never hurt me" =P
