Summer Goals

So...with the extra time I have, I've set up a few goals for myself.
1. Go to the gym or do something active (such as walk) everyday.
2. Fill up one page of sketches a day
3. Submit something on here at least once a week. Maybe twice.
4. Review 5 Kanji a day
5. Learn a new Rubik's cube algorithm a day.
There I go. Lately, I've been feeling worthless and depressed, so I hope with a few goals, I can improve and feel better about myself.
I had lost quite a few pounds like a month or two ago. Well...I've kinda stopped. I didn't work out. Then I feel depressed...and I eat. I rely on food quite a bit more than I should. And I eat...and then I'm like, what's the point of working out. So, I don't, and get depressed and eat some more. I think I've gained almost everything back. I don't know....I really don't want to find out.

well, I have around 34 more to go to learn COLL.
And after that, I'm think I'm going to learn VHF2L and then ZBF2L, which will be around..306 algs. And if I ever get past that, then ZBLL, which is around 493 more to learn.
We KNOW you can do it, you just have to keep on the ball, Zaf... *hugs*
As for the weight thing, one thing i have been doing to help offset some weight gain is this stuff called Boost. basically I use it instead of eating a bunch of junk food. Also v8 Fusion stuff is tasty (can't stand the basic flavor of V8) it does help try to curb the eating for me, at any rate.
Also, every one of the things on this list, they're things that you can follow through on, so, just now... do it.
