Yeah I get it that on FA people repost commissions and gifts they receive.
You may or may not have noticed I took out the header to my journal (and on my profile page), because I'm accepting that reposting fact and allowing it to be done with commissions and whatever.
On DA no one seemed to have a problem with just faving the work they got, so when I joined FA I was iffy about the reposting and didn't want it done with my art. I'm also a greedy and attention starved person I guess and wanted all the comments and faves to myself because it's my work. People don't respect that and comment/fave on the repost (no matter how much you spam who the original artist was and to go fave it there) when it should all go to me.
But I understand the people who have a lot of watchers and by reposting it would get more views from other people who wouldn't normally watch the original artist. Plus it is a picture of their character and they want it organized in their gallery, etc, whatever. (and the fact "they paid for it, they can do what they want with it" whatever) I GET IT. I was just uncomfortable with it all when I joined, but now that I'm seeing it's just the thing to do around FA, I'm allowing it to happen.
If I've ever drawing something with your char in it - past or present - go ahead and repost it to yourself.

I know at this point it's just beating a dead horse, but asking an FA user not to repost art they purchase from you is like selling a painting to someone and telling them they aren't allowed to hang it on their wall. It's a pretty ridiculous thing to ask.
