Umm? How do I get one of these?

I've never had a profile ID and I don't know how to get one. I tried stuff in the CP but either I can't find it or nothing works. Help me someone?

2. Go to User Control Panel -> Profile Info
3. Beneath the big text box for your profile, on the far right, is a dropdown menu labeled as "Profile ID."
4. Choose the image you want to use as your profile ID from the list.
5. ???
6. PROFIT!!!!!!!!
