Oh yes that stuff stinks. Ah, CTS, I know how that is. Spend more hours gaming than you do sleeping, then work all day with computers and it tends to bite you. I get random pain in my hands/wrists here and there, and weakness in the joints. Especially on rainy days :( Only things that ever seem to help is either a warm towel wrapped around it for a few minutes or immobilization for the rest of the day... bleh.

*dreams of a day when we can simply think what we want our computers to do and have it happen*

Icing helps alllooot cause there is swelling, and icing brings that down so you should try that too. All i've done today was rest it, ice it and icy hotted it....though I ended up haing to take some ibprofen...Just been overdoing it with the art lately! Hot hot baths help too. Andyeah the rainy days are killer. I've torn a tendon in both my wrists before and those never heal properly...and you feel it when its cold or rainy.

ouchie, yeah those never heal quite right :( I do tend to ice my knees when they swell, but that just about kills my wrists lol go figure.

That kinda sucks. I can't offer you any advice you haven't heard already, so I'll just wish you betterness.
