Somehow it's a four way tie. I don't get how this happens, but since I wasn't holding a contest, I proclaim the following to hold the honor of the 30,000th pageview!

-FA logs the IP address of a user that views a page.
-That IP then is excluded from counting towards further page views.
-Other members view the page, and FA counts their IPs, then excludes them.
-This means that multiple people can be looking at the same page, not bumping up its page count, but seeing the effects of others doing it.
If the shop-jobber is ahead of that by even just sec a few too many seconds, they're likely to be called on it as bullshit.
