No that's the point they are trying to push the No matter how hard you try you cant fix dead.
And yeah, Moffat has a good sense of how to throw the timey-wimey stuff into sensible plots. It seems to be what he does best. It seemed really rushed, though. A lot of stuff happened in an hour and a half and I'm still reeling over it.
