I will be moving to my new apartment in less than a month and lemme tell ya I can't wait. The central air in my current place is very poor. The AC in the 3rd floor has been broken for who knows how long and no one is bothering to fix it (looks to property management). On top of that there is little insulation in this house so the cool air diffuses out of the house. In the meantime from now until I move and between work and internship, I will be going back home to my parents' house where it is cooler and where a pool is readily available.

I do know that the new place has better central air because when I last took a tour with a roommate, I noticed the ac wasn't currently running and it was cool inside. It helps that it is all on 1 floor and the bottom one no less. Can you say lower bills? I can.
