Sick cat, no money, no way to get any, please help?

What are all you whipper snappers doing here...?
My cat is apparently very sick. I'm not sure what, but it could be as "simple" as a kidney or UT infection. She barely walks, picking her up causes her to meow in pain, and when I placed her on my bed she peed on it, but she's awake and alert.
A friend is going to help me pay for a routine vet visit to get her in the door to see what's wrong, but after that I have no way of paying for treatment unless it's relatively cheap. I barely scrape by as-is, much less with a sudden expense like this. I have no credit cards I could put it on and getting one is a crap shoot these days (plus take weeks I don't have).
AND to top it all off, since I'm not an artist no one ever seems willing to want to buy commissions from a writer.
