Sickies again??

This is the 53rd time I've gotten sick this year. I'm even starting to get random nosebleeds brought on by stress ._.
Could that be it? Stress? If so I need to get the hell out of here! If not someone please help me out in understanding why I've been getting sick so much. I'm normally very healthy but now I feel sluggish and sick and I've been catching things more easily. Stomach flues especially... I have that right now definitely!!

Anyway, yeah please help me in understanding wtf is going on with me. Not so much I'm scared just very very confused. I've already been to the doctor I didn't get shit out of her!

It is likely it could be stress. I know that stress can lead to stomach problems and feeling sluggish
