I) Does your fandom species correlate with your spirituality?
My spirituality and the fandom used to sort of intertwine, but now? Not really.
II) Was there a defining moment that was significant to your spiritual discoveries?
There's no key defining moment... however, for me, there are lots of what I call "coincidences." Things that are just too weird, too out there, to be merely discarded as a coincidence. I can't explain or define them spiritually, but perhaps "spirits" or some sort of force beyond my control was responsible for them.
That's what I like to think anyways. As for moments... I guess card-reading is a big "moment" that these things occur for me.
III) What real life changes have you made over time since your inner discoveries?
I try to adapt what messages I receive from card-reading into my life. I haven't made any major changes, at least none that I clearly recognize until MUCH later. Looking back to when I first started to get involved in this sort of things and comparing then and now... I'm VERY different.
IV) Have you personally influenced/coached/guided anyone else with your spirituality?
Cepheus-Starhowl
Reya
Mameoyashi
Feya
Utanith These are all close friends that I've given card readings to. There are likely a few others I'm missing and, if so, my apologies! However... I feel that I've at least somewhat influenced these people via my little talent. I only hope that that influence was helpful.
V) Have you bonded with others of your kin?
I've met a few other similar spiritualists.
Mameoyashi is actually one of my prime inspirations/guides when it comes to these things.
VI) Do you know your purpose in your human life?
... I don't. I'm going to try to foster happiness and suppress hurt, in myself and my friends. Hopefully the lessons I learn and employ in order to attain these goals is the equivalent of "wisdom," but in truth? I just want to get by... to live. I don't really know what's right or what's wrong, if morality even matters, but feelings, emotions, connections... they're very powerful. I want to respect and honor those... maybe you could call that a purpose?
VII) Do you believe fursuits or quadsuits can be a spiritual tool for enlightenment?
I don't doubt that they can set the atmosphere for some (see some Native American shamans, the garbs and skins of animals as conduits, etc), but I don't think they're for me.
VIII) Do you belong to any websites/games/groups/forums which consist of kindred souls?
I won't deny I've met some "kindred souls" through the internet, but I don't think the internet is a significant tool in all of this. Spirits can touch each other if they must.
IX) Has Artwork/Photography/Literature motivated you?
Not spiritually... if anything, some modern literature is a bit pessimistic and negative and has encouraged nihilism in me. I like the idea of fantasy novels opening new worlds and insights, but... the fact that they're "fiction" is a bit saddening at times.
X) Have you ever felt at home/accepted/welcomed into a living situation that you enjoyed and could be yourself without ridicule?
I don't know if I totally get the question here... by "living situation" does it mean just general day-to-day life with those that surround me directly? My family and I aren't always on the best of terms... I feel accepted, but sometimes that feeling seems to be more of a "toleration" thing.
XI) Has everything you've been through worth it?
Strife and happiness cannot be quantified to make this a question I can answer. I'm... difficult, at times, when it comes to questions like this.
I guess altogether, though, that things have gone well enough for me to answer this with a yes.
