Though my city is in a state of northeastern Mexico named Nuevo Leon.
Hurricane Alex the ninth with this name I crossed the entire state where I live. Coahuila and Nuevo leon have few poor road communication.
I'm afraid because this is extremely abnormal because Tamaulipas is the only Northeast politically integrated with the sea.
I mean Nuevo Leon is in the middle for this trouble.
so far there are few victims, but it can be worse
