Possibly Re-Instaling Windows on Laptop

My main art computer got nailed by rouge anti-spyware YET AGAIN. God I hate drive-by downloads.
At any rate, I'm SO close to finishing up on a sketch and will be posting it soon. I've been working all week on the thing. But now that this has happened, I gotta put it on hold until I can re-install Windows from scratch. I'll admit though, this has probably been the LONGEST I've gone without needing to do so, which is good. But yeah at this point the popup "Block this incoming ping" or "Windows Security Alert" bubbles every 60 seconds is SO goddessbedamned annoying.

Tip for future: Firefox with AdBlockPlus and NoScript add-ons prevents drive-by-downloads.
