Anyway, just seeing what I can do, I'm sorta watching that Magic Ring movie for Tom and Jerry, I found Jim Cummings in it. Droopy's rival guy has his voice which reminded me of Mayor Manx form Swat Kats and I was like "Fuck, I'm right again!"

Jim is so amazing though!
