Rooftops and Trippy Blue Lights

The first day of AC,
hold0041 and I went up to the rooftop of the convention center. It offered a beautiful view of Pittsburgh and not to mention the "trippy blue lights" that are actually scrolling text, it was an awesome experience.
The next morning, however, the rooftop was closed off to AC attendees because some genius decided to do something monumentally dangerous and monumentally stupid. This effectively ruined it for everyone else for the rest of the con.
However, thanks to Uncle Kage's silver-tongue, he has convinced the DLCC that a repeat incident will not occur. So next year the rooftop will be accessible to AC attendees but at a price. The DLCC wants their security to keep watch on the roof and AC has to fit the bill.
So I guess we will have to pay for rooftop access next year, but it's worth it.
