Well... I've tried it, and my first Lucid Dream was I was falling from the sky, and it seemed endless until I realized "Wait... I must be dreaming" and then BOOM, I was Lucid Dreaming, I was then able to "create" or have Lugia catch me while falling (not Karuso) , it was the best thing that ever happened to me. The things I would do to keep Lucid dreaming is to keep a journal, tell yourself every time you go to sleep "I'll have a lucid dream and I will remember that dream" , and start practicing on pinching yourself before you go to bed, not too hard though, cause you're body will get used to it and when you dream you might be able to control pinching yourself and then realize you're dreaming, thus causing for you to have a Lucid dream. That's what I learned ^^.

Well i am listening to a tape before i go sleeping every Night, it's 20 Mins long, with binaural Tones and such, stimulating to be able to control and notice my dreams better ^^ If you're interested in trying the tape out too, then here's the Link to it:

I can lucid dream more often then not, simply what I do before I go to bed I go into my imagination and start to think up of something really vivid, not just me being my dragon self but truly being that, knowing each scale, feather, spike and horn, sort of similar to an astral shift and when I pass out I can most of the time take over my dreams or at least be aware of them and sit back to enjoy what comes of them. Know some dreams are just dreams while others can help you press into something further of finding your self or training yourself to do other things then simple lucid dreams, aka astral projection. Gods I sound mad with what I wrote^^;

That does sound like it could work, but always know everyone is different and some things that work wonders for one may not be so for the other.

Ye i already noticed that, a friend of mine can enter this trancelike State very easily, even after only a few days listening to some tapes, i am trying for 2 Weeks now and still i was not fully successful ^^' But i won't stop, because if it's true, everyone can learn it, just not with the same time and effort. ^^

Though my curiosity is getting the better of me, why do you wish to learn how to lucid dream? Not many simply seek to do just that and only that, most use that ability as a stepping stone to further mental capabilities.

Well, since a friend of mine told me that his Lucid Dreams are always so real i decided to give it a try too ^^ I mean, did you never wish to feel some unique things like being vored or sth like that? ^^

Never wanted to be vored, but I have had lucid dreams of hunting and ripping apart my food, flying high amongst the clouds be it in a day or night sky. It's mainly just wanting to feel me as myself and able to spread my wings when in this reality I cannot.

Yeah, that's kinda what i meaned, because you are able to do things in Dreams you can't do in Reality ^^' Being vored is my normal example, because i talk with voraphile about such themes more often then anybody else xD
