Aw man I'm so excited. I'm getting a tiger retic. (tiger reticulated python)
Reticulated pythons are some of the biggest snakes in the world. The longest one was just a little over 33 feet. I'm so excited. (Don't worry, I understand that retics are very powerful animals that demand respect and an experienced owner. My boyfriend has handled them, built cages for full grown tics and just spent time around them in general so we know what we're doing.)

We're probably going to get a second snake too. Like a black tail boa or a ball python. Way smaller so it's an animal we can handle and chill with more often. Once the retic gets huge there will be strict rules about taking it out, handling it, and so on. So it'll be nice to have a snake that can just hang out, even at it's full length. ^^

The black tails are pretty. I really want to get one of the ones that's more pale in color and name it Ghost. Or a really pretty ball python. That would be cool too.
