Art is fun in all ,but how do you make it work for you?

Since I got back from AC I have notice allot more traffic coming to my FA page, with the watches, the faves and the comments. Not too much on the comments but been allot of watches. I love doing art in all but I need to find away for my art to bring home the bacon. I want my art to be valued by others that they will pay for it.
I gotten a few commissions when I was at AC this year. More than I did last year. Due to me creating badges for my friends and posting them on FA in getting attention. For all you who fav and watch me: what can I create that you would want to buy off me?
I have background education in art and experience in creating it. I know what I like to draw, but when your working with any client you gotta do what they want. So what do you want? Realistic, hot pinup, cute images, or down right yiffy images?
When i was on fur bid long ago I found art that was hot girl yiffy images sold. I will be creating more of that again to sell on fur buy. What more can I create? I got some ideas in the works I will try to post in the next few weeks and see what bites I get.

From FA, a good 90% or more of the commission work is all specific character based. If you do well with that, it's just a matter of poses, accessories, ect..ect. For poses, I suggest either a pose reference book or.. magazines, believe or not. If you're looking for erotic stuff to get ideas for, try some of the skin magazines. You can find a ton online, but Voo has found having the book/mag here helps.
One thing I see a lot of is request work, for starting artists. You could offer free quick sketches to see what type of things the fandom brings to you to draw, so you get an idea of traffic flow from FA. Just a thought.
