RANT: Greedy morons need to stfu

General
Simplicity. It's been missing from the way we convene. A thousand additional words, spoken a thousand times over that we didn't need or care to know but seem to spark anger and conflict in the masses. Every one has a half assed opinion that they wear like a badge. They have a right to it, but I didn't ask for it.
People bitch and moan about who to blame, what's right or wrong, or how unfavorable something might be, not daring to walk someone else's path for a second to ask why.
People high on the hog complain about how their tax dollers go to waist on things like roads and various assistance programs demanding they be privately owned so greedy bastards like themselves can put a toll booth on every mile of every road and feed of those who are barely hanging on to their jobs forty miles away.
All those arrogant fools who think they are smart but wouldn't know wisdom if it smacked them in the face with common sense... or a shovel. There's always a "professional opinion", but the thing about opinions is that there's no such thing as a "professional" one. A professional opinion of a millionaire CEO can just as well be shared by the guy standing on the corner in a gorilla suit holding a sign. Anyone who thinks their opinion is any better just because they have more then a million dollars in the bank... or they own the damn thing should have their mansions burned to the ground along with their bank accounts.
I think the moral of this rant is... too many people don't know when to shut the hell up. Too often people don't know the reality from the brainwashing. We've all been lied to, and nothing is what it seems. There was no recession, that was just a wave of stupidity that just washed over the entire planet because some greedy bastards said "ooh! I want that!" and suckered some lesser greedy bastards in to saying the same thing. Look where that got us. Thirty years ago some people who actually had intelligence said "hey, the planet's going to get warm really fast if we don't do something". Unfortunately they didn't have the capital of the idiots that control the status quo, and all the wretched weather we've had in the past few years isn't exactly a result of cooling.
So what's the lesson here? Complete morons are in control, and keeping any one with wisdom from calling them wrong. There are a fair amount of intelligent people with money who've tried to change things for the better, but the old saying remains true, the empty can rattles the most, and there's a lot of empty cans drowning them out. What can we do? We could rally against it. What's to stop us?
Let's shed some light on that. We've all been distracted. Perhaps all these ridiculous excuses for media covering everything from how little progress is being made in Iraq to the latest celebrity break up has distracted us all from what really matters. Perhaps We're all afraid to uncover the truth, afraid that we might not be heard over the rattling of empty cans. Well you know what empty cans are for? Target practice. There's a lot of corrupted people out there with only their money and their "I'm better then you" social status to keep them company, and they're doing all the complaining. We can change the world, solve all the problems that exist, but only if we don't give in to those bastards who think our opinions don't matter because of our social status. We out number them, we out wit them.
