I have to get some lower gingival gum grafts today because apparently my gums have receded way too much in the past few years that the roots of some teeth are showing. There are some horror stories about it online and then some people who say it's no big deal. I'm not too worried about the procedure, but some people say that the pain on Day 3 and beyond is unbearable. I'm a bit scared.

Moral of the story I guess is don't brush your gums too hard! Especially if you have a frenum pulling at them and have had braces before.
