Okay. Read this:
"Oh man, I saw a 12 year old girl yesterday with really big boobs, I felt really bad for her. Plus she was wearing like a really unflattering shirt and it just looked terrible on her."
Now imagine this girl.
What ethnicity is she? What ethnicity are you?
When I imagined her, I imagined her white. I'm white. Then my friend who was telling me the story told me she was black. It got me thinking. Does it depend on what race you are, or are we trained to think in terms of white people? Or is it just me?

the general opinion about young girls with big tits around here though, is "WOW WHAT A WHORE", white or black or anything. Even though that person is basically unable to help that stuff since it's like...hormones and shit you know. dumb 8I

For some reason, I seem to wonder "is it something in the food?"

I think it just depends on the people we've known maybe? I feel like a lot of the busty women I see have tan complexions, either because of the sun or because of their ethnicity so I think

I don't see it a lot in white girls (forgive my use of the terms). No I don't go looking for this, just when I pass by people.
In terms of your question, I think may be partially because of our race and also because of what we're used to seeing.
(sorry if I answered it wrong ^^; )
but knowing that she is black it kind of makes sense. I mean, not to sound like a dick or anything, but sometimes black girls get dealt a bad hand in terms of puberty. I've seen even younger girls with boobs to rival my own :x I can't help but feel kinda bad because I can't even imagine how it must feel to deal with that, especially at 8 or 9.
I'm unaware of the differences between uh.. puberties of various ethnicities..? O.o so maybe that's why I thought white at first? :0
Or maybe it's cause I find it hard to gauge a lot of black girls' ages. then again if they were 8 or 9 I could definitely tell haha
Well, something I've noticed in my area is that the majority of black women tend to be a bit on the larger side, and the same goes for the younger girls. I'm not sure if that might have something to do with it, but it's obvious that they look a lot more developed at a younger age.

So if you see alot of people everyday of a certain ethnic group your mind will use them as a template.
Like if I say think of a plate, your mind will most likely use the one you most often eat off.
It's that simple.

I imagine that I have a stigma with white people, what with living in a rural area where outright minorities are rare, and being that in my experience they are often shallow and quick to change their appearance to suit the preference of the majority; so hearing of a small kid with big knockers just makes me think of a little girl that wants to grow up in all the wrong ways and be popular/get tons of attention.... and my mind just shoots straight to the little prissy white girl image :T
If population in America is like what? 70% whites of many nationalities and like 15% or less of black people..
Then WHY would you think in terms of "black" people rather than white, unless you lived in a very heavily black-populated area.
It's like asking, if you lived in an african country where most people are black instead of white. "Are we trained to think in terms of black people? mistery!" or chinese from china thinking "chinese" first, well durp.

My younger sister is friends with a lot of other white, rich spoiled girls that wear revealing clothing and developed faster than I did, and wear sweatpants that say "Juicy" across the butt or some stupid shit like that.
I don't know if it's just me getting old but it seems like girls are hitting puberty younger and younger. I didn't hit it until I was 12.
... Years later I still can't sleep in a bra.
this also explains why many young female athletes (typically olympic ones) loose their period when they drop bellow that weight due to their training

there used to be a time when it was much later, like 14 or 16...
Regardless, the weight thing is incorrect. Weight does have a large impact on a woman's ovulation and menstrual cycles, but does not have a direct effect on when a person begins puberty -- with the exception of girls being too underweight to cycle.

But then it's also based on my observations. Black women tend to have larger breasts, and at an earlier age, than white women do.
But then over the last ten years I've noticed a lot of really young girls (12, 13), black, white, AND hispanic, with disproportionately large breasts (Ds, DDs), than when I was that age where girls were almost entirely flat chested. Though the hispanics don't seem to be quite as "extreme" yet.
I've also noticed that asian women are starting to develope larger busts as well.
In all honesty, I think blacks have a genetic predisposition, especially when observing true africans, instead of americans of african decent who've been here for generations.
Whites, hispanics, and asians... I genuinely believe it's diet (Blacks are effected too, just as much. But was just stating that I think they would have this problem without external influance, only not as severe). And I don't mean that its because they eat poorly, or eat more than a thirdworld counterpart. I think this is due to the additives and hormones and all sorts of stuff that get put into our foods.
And while the food the girl consumes does play it's part in her biology, I think it's also generational, and has been at work in sculpting her since before she was conceived, as well as her mother, and possibly her grandmother.
Actually before imagining the girl, I thought of one of those small-ass shirts girls wear to accentuate their breasts.
I thought of a pink one with huge boobs, but no girl filling the shirt, lol
and then I imagined a black girl because you mentioned the word "ethnicity".

It's hard to explain, but I sort of just imagined a young girl with big breasts and an unflattering shirt. I didn't notice if she was white or black or whatever.
But then I thought of my girlfriend from when I was 12, because the description pretty much fits her perfectly, and she was white.
I'm sure it depends on a lot of factors, who you spend most time with, who you see more on tv and in media, what you tend to think about on your own, etc etc. All of those factors add up in one way or another to create an unique environmentally-molded pattern of thinking, different from everyone else's. Its our own unique imaginations at work, even if its as simple as guessing the ethnicity of somebody, our mind has to, and will automatically, fill in the gaps wherever it may find them.
I imagined a girl of some obscure ethnicity I can't quite name.
... there is a bit of homogeneous thinking in the human brain; I'm x, so x is likely what I'll run into, and we're often hard pressed to believe otherwise, especially as the internet is full of liars. It tends to be what helps us make our boldest statements, assuming that everyone allies with us, because we're all in the same boat. ... or even not bold, but just statements we don't care as to if they offend anyone.
