1) Paperback or Hardcover?
2) Pocket (4.25" x 6.87"), A5 (5.83" x 8.26"), or US Trade (6" x 9")?
3) Paper Book or E-Book?
Any kind of feedback will be greatly appreciated. And I want feedback from EVERYBODY, please! The more, the merrier .
(All I can tell you right now is that I'll need to make some important decisions anytime soon, God willing...)

2) No preference
3) More often paper, but depends on expected re-readability* / "coffee table"** quality of book, if not e-book would be preferred if it is accordingly cheaper.
* - fiction or stories are not really rereadable for me
** - pretty pictures, books people think they should read, but won't / Looks impressive.
