I have taken care of some robins with friends, but that was ages ago...I'd do some research, to be completely honest. No way I'd tell what I recall and risk it being wrong.
if it doesnt have any adult feathers... best thing to do is take it to a bird sanctuary, or animal shelter.
If its that young, your not qualified if your a beginner. Sorry.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE IT ANYTHING DAIRY....Even to boost the cornmeal to give it nutrients. If its that young, take it to a professional. Call around if you have to. I've taken care of plenty hatchlings, reptiles and avain. The best thing to do for it, is a bird/avian sanctuary.. If you must keep it... if there is no sancutary... make it a box, with clothing inside for nesting...keep it warm. Use an eye dropper for the food...best thing is cornmeal and water. Nothing else, unless you feel good enough to give it crushed worms...
Alright, then any kind of item you can put wet cornmeal inside to feed it, straw, eyedropper for food. A shoe box and shirt.... It will get very nasty, so keep it clean, and also make sure its a shirt you don't want to wear ever again. A warm place for it, the same type of feeding item to give it water if it is unsure/ not capable of drinking from a bowl. (don't use a bowl to find this out, use a small container it can't get inside.) Try not to leave it alone for too long. When able, keep it up against your body, near your chest will be its favorite spot, if out, keep it on a towel so it doesnt poo everywhere XD
If you have any questions send me a message. After a while, when it starts getting a little bigger, you can go to bread (damp at first.) You might want to try this first, to see if it knows how to eat, that way, your knocking out some steps if it eats this. Keep it on bread and water once you get it there, take it outside in about a week, and let it run around (under supervision) ...then eventually it will leave home.
:c it will be very sad, but for the best. Don't clip its wings... its a wild bird, and needs to strengthen them to be released.
