Well where do i start ?

yes it is more quiet however when standing up-right it is still kinda noisy

and when flat on the ground you can hear the vibrations of the disc drive reading a disc

the above is just a minor problem

the built in WIFI adaptor is better than the accessory ones you buy for the old versions of the 360 and it is a little

harder for other players to lag your internet connection however they can still do it

they give you a 250 GB hard drive built in as-well but once you transfer your profile and other data your left with

less than that i for example was left with 223 GB

and it does not get as hot as the older versions of the 360 as it blows the air out the console

although the air that comes out is warm

the controllers that come with the 360 slim's look much better and work a lot better

so in conclusion my opinion is: if you have enough money and your old console is too noisy get a 360 slim

if you want a xbox 360 and have never had one get the 360 slim

it is much better than the older versions of the xbox 360

And my xbox 360 slim is now noisy no matter what position i put it in and depending what game i play is gets as noisy as my 360 elite was

the xbox 720 has to be better or i will never buy a console from Microsoft again
