Wow sounds great, it usually is a big thing for your parents to be proud that you found somewhere to live that isn't their home, though its even nicer if things don't work out a year or so down the line they will take you back for a little.

Yeah, its always nice to have that to fall back to, I never ever expect anything to work out 100% in my life, usually a lot of improvising, but that is kind of how I am I suppose.
