So, I got the call from my mechanic about the car that would not start Saturday night. They said it's a 'Charge Plate.' I don't know a whole lot about cars but he explained it's part of the system connected to and working with the spark plugs. He also said that the part is kind of expensive, and the labor is lots because it's kind of large and complicated.
I don't remember the exact numbers but it's going to be almost $400 total. Thats not good news since I'm on unempoyment, but Jon has the $ to cover it for now, but rent will be due the day before his next pay. We will figure something out.
Now my parents will visit tonight and pick up the car I have been borrowing from them.

Unfortunately, they just called me and that ended up not being the problem. But, the fuel pump apparently quit while they were trying to start it with the new charge plate in place. They think that may be under warranty since it was replaced only about 2 years ago.
This is so frustrating, i'm still paying for this car and i can't afford expensive repairs cause i'm on unemployment right now.
2003 Pontiac Grand Am
topics it does pertain to
the large plate under the plates in a formal dining experience
the magentic strip on your credit card
a form of analyzer that tests decay of radioactive isotopes through electrical stimulation
Parts INSIDE a car battery (which are not supposed to be opened once constructed. and then if they are usually only to have the diluted sulfuric acid refilled)
part of a capacitor. <--- this last thing i can see as part of a car but they may refer to it normally by another name or the entire assembly usually.
