Now, as I understand it, Estonia is due to join the Euro on 01/01/2011, so I would personally suggest you work in Euros. I don’t know what the exchange rate is for the Estonia Kroon to Euros, but I would suggest the following as starter prices. You are allowed to take one look and say ‘no way!’. :P

*Sketch: 5€ (About $06.50 or £04.17)
*Line Art: 10€ (About $13.00 or £08.34)
*Flat Colour: 15€ (About $19.50 or £12.51)
*Colour with Shading: 20€ (About $26.00 or £16.68)
*Add a Character: +5€

Taking into account that you are only 13 and that you’re very talented for your age, I think these prices are fair to you. If you feel commissions are being successful, you can put the prices up over time. However I would strongly suggest you talk with someone who knows what the exchange rate is between the Kroon and the Euro. We want it to be fair to you, but not so high that it puts commissioners off. :)

My US Dollar and UK Pound may not be 100% correct here, but it gives you a rough idea of what US and UK people would be paying you.

Grrr, I hate that damn euro...I know it would be better to charge euros, but I like dollars more. :D Oh well, we'll see.
For starters, I think 20 euros for a shaded pic is a little too much, I though I'd do it for 15 or so...
The euro and kroon exchange rate is 15,6, so I'd be getting 213.- for each shaded pic. I think that's too much. :D But maybe you're right.

However I still think I'll be charging $ as euro might be too confusing for the commissioners and even myself. :P

Work with whichever currency you feel happiest with. :) I only suggested Euros because Estonia is joining it. I prefer working in dollars too, even though I’m British. :P

$15 is a very good price for a fully coloured and shaded picture. I’d certainly commission you at that price. ^^ How about:

Well, when you grow up with one currancy that becomes kind of dear to you, and then MUST, whether you like it or not, start using a diffirent one that doesn't even pay off, it's kind of irritating, and sad. The euro needs Estonia more than Estonia needs the euro.

A splendid idea, I'm sure you'll have plenty of customers! I think some experimentation for the prices would be a good idea, and don't be afraid to charge more than what you think is appropriate. Be bold! ;)
