That's right! The Enigma Stone is coming to USA, Europe and Australia by Wi-Fi from July 31st to August 27th! Make sure you get it so you can get Latias in SoulSilver and Latios in HeartGold!
Only 2 days left, I hope my Wi-Fi works on the 31st. XD I've been waiting for such an event for a long time! Wooo!

After you receive it, go to a Mart, and you'll get it in your Key Items Pocket.
Then bring it to the Pewter Museum and give it to the scientist to the right, where Steven is.
Go out of the Museum, then back inside, and the scientist will tell you the Enigma Stone is actually a Soul Dew, then Latias (SoulSilver) or Latios (HeartGold) will appear outside and stand there, waiting for you to battle her/him.
K sounds good...except that I still haven't beaten the Elite Four yet!
