I have to admit I am not an organized commissionable artist. I know people like to see journals all blinged out and neatly arranged with the information and I try for it, but I usually fail.....>.>
They arn't open yet, but will probably be open in the next week, I am not sure of price, they will probably be 15 for a start to finish non-remap port much like the last submission in my gallery. Start to finish means you get no preview, which would also be why its so cheap, well cheaper! It still alot of work!. I will ask any questions, and show if I need to, specially if you had no ref of the char, but otherwise it is just sooo much easier to just bang it out and give it to you then take the time to wait for your response when I could of finished it that night. :( I gotta write out some rules at least, that will probably be my next journal. But its just a heads up so if anyones interested they can be ahead of the crowd, if there even is a crowd! XD As for free ones? You can still post in that journal, I'll probably go back to refrences there in the near future to bang out some more stuff, always nice to have as sometimes practicing at drawing jus tmy own chars is boring.
