I had a picture of a pipe in my gallery and people talked about drugs in the comments. It was up for like, three or four weeks and then Chase suspended me for 72 hours. The worst part is I got suspended for it after I stopped smoking irl so it was really disappointing. XD

I wish I'd just gotten a warning though. It was my very first offense and if he'd asked me to take the picture down then I would have. :/

And to add onto your first comment I go to college so I can't really get suspended. XD And I was home schooled my whole life so I couldn't really get suspended from that either! lol

It's questionable whether a pipe by itself would apply, and I don't know if actually smoking stuff without buying it while underage is illegal. You should try to appeal it if you said you smoked tobacco AND doing that alone is not illegal. Thankfully, they didn't refer you to the police, especially if you said you smoked pot rather than just tobacco. You should have said you smoked something with it in the journal, however.

Also, not necessarily. It's legal in some areas if it's consentual. In Nevada and I think Florida, it's legal. So, unless there are federal laws against any form of sex with animals, he didn't break any laws. I don't know if he was reported, and they, of course, can ban people for whatever reason regardless of whether the action that triggered that ban was legal.

Other people mentioned it for sure. There were people talking about smoking weed and the submission was up for weeks before I got banned. Someone had to have reported me.

He admitted to fucking a dog, DIDN'T get in trouble (Like all the other dog fuckers on FA) and is an admin who bans people for illegal activity. And yeah, 'Neer can ban you just because he doesn't like you. It's a privately owned site that belongs to him. He can do whatever he wants with it.

Para 3: Well, I don't think that's the case. At worst people would just not be as vocal about it. In any event, yeah, I would keep stuff like underage smoking or sex, or smoking pot at all, more private. You could still have been charged or at least investigated, unless you stopped long enough ago to be immune due to the statute of limitations.

Para 4: My best friend in Nevada is a zoophile and a noble person, and he tells me in Nevada not all bestiality is illegal. He said consentual stuff is okay. I can ask exactly what he means, but, he is a genius quite literally and has defended himself in civil court and won, so, I expect him to be correct about the law. And, I strong disagree. A child can consent, as can an animal. You ARE a child, in fact. Are you saying you can't consent? An animal can let someone know when an advance is unwanted. It gets more complicated with adolescent humans due to psychological things unique to humans, but, yes, I'm sure you or someone younger can also consent.

Para 4 and 5: Are you sure the laws work like that? Things get murky because of the international/interstate nature of the internet. Not like I would trust what Dragoneer says as fact, anyway. But, state law might not even matter in this situation, as federal laws might apply. I don't know what could feasibly happen or what laws apply with regards to someone admitting to bestiality. I seem to remember Dragoneer being at least publically against zoophilia, but I could be mistaken (I DO know he's against pre-Age of Consent sex, mistakenly and widely referred to as 'pedophilia). Maybe no one mentioned it to Dragoneer. Even within furrydom, there's a widespread stigma and disgust with sex with animals. What a detailed poll would show I cannot guess, but, a lot of furries hate it. It seems somewhat unlikely to me Dragoneer would have a staff member who's openly zoophilic. Who is this person, anyway?

We hung out a couple more times after that with friends but never really hit it off (Or so it seemed to me! lol) and then after I'd been texting him about finding acid he asked me if I wanted to hang out right as I got off work one day. It's pretty hilarious how sensitive you have to be about any paraph related stuff that isn't necessarily used for illegal activity in and of itself - but you can be an admitted violent sexual offender (zoophile)...someone who admits to hurting animals IRL...and you get...even more protection then the average user here.
