I've sold commissions on Furbuy in the past with very good success. I've never used Furbid though, so I can't tell you if one is better than the other. I like Furbuy's layout, and it's easy to navigate.

I find more people go through FurBuy now than Furbid. I used to use Furbid but have had better luck when it comes to auctioning stuff on Furbuy.

Furbid is great. I never use Furbuy, nor do I like its layout. Furbid's also older, so it seems to get more attention. I've always had success with Furbid.

Furbid is nearly dead, hence I use Furbuy.

I use Furbuy personally, when I was browsing around myself researching, it seemed like Furbid was slow, and not many people were on it.
Most of the people I watch who auction things seem to be using Furbuy as well, if that helps more.

I find furbuy to be a lot better than furbid. Plus it seems as if it's used a lot more anymore as well.

I have about the same luck with both, though I haven't used either in a while. FurBid has been on the decline for a while though, and FurBuy's Edit Auction functionality is kinda bleh - you can only amend once a bid has been placed, and regardless of whether or not you used HTML in your main auction, edits have to be plain text - but they don't actually TELL you that on the edit auction screen, which was exceedingly frustrating when I went to post links with formatting and got a huge block of text/code.

I use both with success. Somethings that don't sell on one will on the other. With furbid, you have to use html to keep stuff from running together, upload the pic else where first, but there's no limit. Furbuy you just do your thing but unless if you donate 18 dollars I believe, your limit is 5 auctions at a time. And different people prefer one or the other, some are on both though. So it's up to personal prefrences really.

Both owns are asshole's. Neither is really better or worse, its the same thing cept for FurBuy is a little more user friendly.

I switched to furbuy after fubid became a pay site and added all those annoying icons you could pay extra for to make your listing pop or put your art at the top of the list. Now Furbuy has added a simple $18 a year for unlimited auctions and larger images so they could afford to keep going. It's less annoying to me. Except, I'm not sure if furbuy sends out notification emails to auction winners like furbid does. I always seem to have to email winners to get their attention where that never seemed to happen on Furbid.

In the long run, your fans will find you regardless of which on you use and art collectors will surf both sites.

I use Furbuy now mostly. I've talked with the admin before, and he was very friendly and helpful with a concern I had. I just wish there was a little more punishment, or at least the admins moving auctions, for people who clearly post in the wrong category. "Books and Comics.. here's where my ladder commission goes, derp!"

It'd also be nice if Brian O'Connell wasn't a constant flood on there, too.

Furbuy is more in vogue and hence there's greater traffic there. You're more likely to fetch higher bids in FurBuy than FurBid these dayw.

I prefer Furbuy's layout and adminisitration. There seems to be more buyers there then Furbid now a days anyway. :(

FurBuy is more popular nowadays I've noticed. I prefer it and have had great success with it

I don't use either anymore. I just do commissions directly though my website email and FA, and sell fursuit items on Etsy. But I did use Furbid back in the day, seems to be pretty deserted over there these days though.

I used to used Furbid a lot because it was free and had a lot of eyes looking at it. Haven't really touched it for couple years though.
