If you were given no notice they broke the law I recommend that you rally the other ppl that find them self in this spot too. Go to the company and camp it. Keep them from moving anything out of that building until you have a letter reporting you were laid off. Right to work or union it dose not matter with out them reporting you as laid off you cannot collect unemployment because saying to company closed will not fly with them and you will be denied you unemployment.
