Life is shit...

It's one of those viruses that disguise it's self as an Anti virus program.

So I'm gonna have to fix it...but idk how.

Give me a few hours or something idk.

we had a nasty one couldnt do anything cause the virus wouldnt let us and lucky we got it fixed but that was months ago

Fake AV alerts...

It's possibly a false virus; it's fooling your computer into thinking it has a virus so the company that makes the virus program offered can make you buy it.

May I suggest the latest edition of Norton 360?

it's malware. the "anti virus program" tells me i have one and i need to register it and the real virus can get on my computer

Another trick they try to get you to do is pay for it with actual money after the "program" picks up the "viruses".

The one I got keeps popping up a window that says there is a virus and wants me to register the program onto my computer.

That happened to me. But now that I have the latest of Norton 360, I get notifications about a site and it alerts me when it blocks malicious activity.

I got both Norton and Karskey (something like that) on mine. but Karskey is the one that gives me messages.

I wonder if the two conflict because I have to shut off Windows Firewall for Norton to perform at its best.

No. I use Karskey as my main Anti Virus and I use Norton to scan/get rid of viruses.

I use Norton for everything. This version does its miracles even if I'm idle or didn't even click it. Plus, it allows me to back up files on a secure online storage unit.
