"How to Hire an Artist"? [Rant warning]

More like, "How to Completely Screw an Artist Over".
I know, I know. This thing has be circulating all over FA, but I'm gonna give my honest and blunt opinion on it. This "advice" sucks.
I'm a writer, and lemme tell you, I will probably never get hired to write a story for a video game, as much as I'd love for that to happen. That being said, I'll have to keep this blog in mind of what NOT to do if I ever become a director for a video game and hire an artist.
I mean, look at this guy. He's gotta have some major balls to post a blog like this and not expect backlash from artists.
But you know, what really brings my piss to a boil is that I saw at least six replies that fucking AGREED with this douche. I mean, sure, it'd be a bad idea to hire someone under the age of 18, but not because they're unreliable, but because it's FUCKING ILLEGAL.
I mean, Gods damn, this is pissing me off. I'm pissed off for the artists who have likely already been screwed by this guy already. Imagine major businesses in the United States doing this kind of shit with the employees that they hire, if they haven't already.
Hell, that's probably why the US economy sucks right now.

I was watching James and the Giant Peach the other day. Try "looking at it differently." There are always legitimate writing contests going on and you could find a budding video game designer here on FA.
