Two meets in two months? Can't wait!

• Our annual campout, organized by  nrg, will take place in the Keweenaw Peninsula on the night of August 28. Last year's excursion got rained out, but the 8 of us found plenty to do around Houghton. It's one of our few traditions!

•  platero is putting together a zoo/mini-golf meet in the St. Ignace area. Will the first eastern UP event in 3+ years (ever?) be a success? Find out on September 25.

• Nanocon is Michigan Tech's little anime convention, a popular event among local furs. Look for it in early November.

• November 19-21 is Midwest FurFest 2010: The Chicago Blues! It's only the world's third largest furry convention and the one probably most attended by Yoopers. New this year is the venue: the remodeled Hyatt Regency O'Hare in Rosemont, Illinois.
