I had something like that earlier this year. Lasted a couple of months and got so bad it infected my eyes and they would crust up when I would sleep.

I havent seen or heard from you in eons hope you've been ok =/

Using flonase (well, generic equivalent) and doing at least one nasal rinse a day has helped A LOT with my sinus infections. I use this thing: http://www.neilmed.com/usa/nasaflo.php Was probably the best $14 I've ever spent at Wal-Mart. Be sure to watch some videos on youtube first of people doing them as it helps a lot with positioning yourself. I seriously can't recommend it enough. I have a deviated septum and swollen turbinates, so I used to live with painful infections until I started using the steroid nasal spray and neti pot daily. Good luck, dude. :(

Sorry to hear you've suffered with this crap too ;3; I have a neti pot, personal steam therapy inhaler and a steam humidifier in my room, it's helping a lot since I live in a desert area and also high altitude.. the air is pretty harsh and dry. I am also on the steroid spray and gigantic fexofenadine horsepills xD
