Ok, sorry for the long delay.

My weekends have been super busy these past two months, but it looks like I have nothing planned for September! I was thinking a meet on September 11, 2010. Is that a good date for everyone?

I was thinking of having a bowling meet at the AMF Clearwater Lanes again, since I got another coupon. (1 free game of bowling per person for up to 10 people. After 10 you have to pay for yourself and you also have to pay shoes. If you want to bowl another round, then that round is charged.)

Note: The first 10 people to arrive get dibs on the free bowling. Sorry but that's the only way it's fair.

Does this sound fun y/n?

This'll be bowling, so unless we all want to get a big pizza to share then no worries. You will need cash/card for your bowling shoes and money for another round of bowling or drinks though <3

i live about 5 min walking distance from citrus park mall. and safety's no go my only real transportation is bikeing since i don't know any one who can give me a ride >.< sorry mew T.T

I'll ask for an official RSVP when people have had a chance to get money in order and a ride secured <3 (probably by (Saturday, 9-4)

I lot of people right now say they might be able to go, but find out they aren't able to.

i think so the last one they asked if ppl had badges ... but i dont think they are a requirement and as for junk were going into a bowling alley so ummm bring food or soda is IMO unadvised since they sell food and drinks there and it would be rude

We should try to find a bowling alley in the area that DOES allow suiting. I know you got a coupon for this place so that makes it easier, but I know me and a couple other suiters really want to do some fursuit bowling meet with people. Not trying to be negative, just offering up my two cents, since a suit-friendly event that isn't in 90 degree FL heat would definitely bring in me and my friends :)

I've called the ones in Pinellas that are run by AMF, and all of them gave me the same answer. I'll have to find out the other companies in the area that aren't AMF Lanes (If you know of any, link me so I can ring'em up =3). I agree that doing it in the heat really sucks, I'll try and think of someplace cooler for October's Meet too =)

The problem with the bowling is, the feet are a safety concern, and one guy was like, "plus wouldn't it be hard to see in that head?" XD

Oh ok! Yea, once it gets around november-december it starts to be nice to suit outside, I hate that it's so dang hot moat of the time :C. And yea, I understand about the safety thing, I've heard of places not letting suiters bowl before, but I do know of some more lanes.
