A deaf man leaves a store with his friend, and the alarm goes off. He doesn't stop because... hmmm, can we guess why? Probably because he's deaf. So the fatass security jump him, pin him down and proceed to put a CHOKE HOLD on him while he offers no resistance and tries to tap out. All the while his friend is pointing to the receipt and informing the men his friend is indeed, deaf.

Police brutality as an overreaction is one thing, cops have tough jobs with hard calls sometimes, but rent-a-cops get no sympathy for shit like this.
