I was offered a chance to get one for a low price, friends of friends in Holland. And I may get one that's around my wrist. Not sure about upper arm, but was thinking of a blue cobra around my wrist.

I don't think Im nerd enough yet to get "For the emperor" on my arm just yet lol.

In massive detail, Im thinking of getting it on my right wrist, just before the area where my sleeve on a long shirt may ruffle up and down so it's not blaringly visible.
