Here it got a "classic old action movie" type review class

Fucking awesome movie. I think the A-Team was a bit more fun, but Expendables was goddamn close. I also got to see Randy Couture fight Stone Cold Steve Austin so there's one of my life-long dreams realized.

I wonder if Stevel Segal was sitting by his phone with a bottle of booze, saying "why didn't they call me?" and crying himself to sleep every night when they were making this movie. I heard someone originally tried to get Van Dammit involved too, but Stallone was like "LOL fuck no go away n00b."

Err, Steven. Stevel? The hell. >_>

Actually, I think they did try to get Seagal, but he was busy with his cop show. Van Damme was contacted too but if you listen to Stallone, he tries to nicely say that Van Damm wouldn't sign because he wouldn't be the star. It makes me a sad panda because Seagal in particular is one of my favorite action stars of all time, and Van Damm is pretty close.

If there's an Expendables 2, I hope and pray they can reel in Seagal, Van Damm, and Tony Jaa.
