So yeah, I got back from CampFire Tails back on Monday (and here it is Friday already, whoo) and for those of you who saw the banner ad for CFT here on FA and were interested but didn't go... you missed out on an awesome camping experience! Central Oregon is archetypal piney-woods, chipmunk-haunted, chuckling stream-graced country, The Great Outdoors, y'all, where the stars at night seem close enough to touch. So many stars...

I took a few pictures, mostly of the stream and of flowers, a few of general camp scenes. I dunno, I'm just not one to stick a camera up in someone's face and say "I can has piksher?" >_>

Next year, we may rent more or all of the group camp space, thereby creating a larger area for the madness to take place.

Best moment was the glowstick armor boffer battle set to hardcore breakbeats! That was followed by stargazing and eventually the consumption of beverages around the fire.



This past work week went by in a blur, and now all of a sudden it's HOT. :<
