I work part-time in a bakery/cafe now. If you're in Chicago (lol like anyone is) give me a shout and come on down to visit me. Yay.

My dog is not doing well. This dog right here, Maja. She can't get up and walk on her own. A few weeks ago she got some pieces of steak from the table (rage) and she had a very bad night. Foamy vomit and gagging and it went on all night. Went to the vet, not much she could do. We got her settled with an anti-nausea med and she's on other meds, but it's not easy. She's snappy (maybe even from one of her meds) and she can only eat canned food now, no dry kibble. She's not going to get better, at best she'll do as good as she's doing, at worst she'll get worse and not get better again.

My fish are dropping like flies. I can't figure out why - no sickness I can see, the water perimeters are all within norms and they're getting fed the same as always. The only ones that are keeping fine are the kuhlis and the pleco.

There's more, but I'm not going to go on about stuff. Life's life, you know? I'm just worried about Maja. She's 14, I guess that's long for a dog? She's the grumpy little lady.
