90's cartoon show Animaniacs (I loved it when I was kid) was animated by differents studio around the world, outsourcing is common in tv series, during the episodes, the Warner brothers will have differents design and animation, as you can see in this picture: http://img834.imageshack.us/img834/.....sstudios01.jpg it is even more obvious when it moves.
