Do not try to involve other nations besides your own and your opponents, unless the user in questions permission is given.

It is advised that wargames be fought ina 3rd -person manner, like it was being read out of a book. This way, you can describe all that is going on, and give a much wider picture.

In RP's, it is advised that you keep it private. Use notes if possible. Chat rooms aren't as secure, and can be hacked into.
