Study for my Future or New life? (PE or CT)

I've been thinking about my future and Ive come up with two choices. These choices can change my future dramticly...best is what I need.
1) Cape Town next year - Studying Animation for 2years with an international diploma - New life - Meet new people - Cape Town is officially South Africa's Gay Capital - Take out a student loan to live - work hard - do what I always wanted to do 3D animation.
2) Stay in Port Elizabeth - Home, family and the friends I already have here - Complete my Fine art course in 2 years and get a Ndip for Sculpturing, Painting and Drawing - Ill learn the form and anatomy more in detail - make a name for myself - then go to Cape Town and study 3D animation - 4years of studying.
The one better for my future is number 2. The one better for my life experience is number 1... I'm thinking it through and at the end of the year if Im accepted in both or one of them, Ill go for what I really want to go for...

Experience or Future
Experience is something that can be gotten at any time, the longer you wait to do something for your future, the less of the future you will have to do something for.
Id say rather not disrupt you life if you can avoid it. But if you are game for new adventures, more responsibilities and potential dangers, go for option one by all means...
Otherwise if you make a living / future where you are ATM, stay at option 2.
I dont know how big PE is, so I dont know how it looks over there with jobs etc, if its anything like this dump over here, youd might wanna consider planning a future in a big city like CT or JHB.
i personally sit with the same crap decision, only difference I have nothing to study and I need to seek happiness :P
