Art trade : Warning !!!

WARNING :
Well... Recently, I got a problem with some art trade. Indeed, some people gave me some bad refs and I did some mistake when I did my parts for them... And I got this problem 2 times now !
Next time I'll get a problem like this, I'll close art trades for a while.
Now... Thanks to give me a great ref and an accurate one. I hate to waste my time because of this problem...

Art trade :
Well, I'm ready to do some art trades. Just remember that, I'll do my part when I'll get yours (last time I did art trade, I waited a while before to get my part. And actually, I'm still waiting someone for 8 months).
Also, I have some ideas. I was thinking to ask something special. Here some examples, I could draw if :
-You added some chapters in my interactives stories on writing.com.
-You gave me some Dragon Coins on Dragon Adopters.
-You gave me some Lindendollars on Second Life (like 10 L$ per sprites).
-You gave me some DA points on DeviantArt.
Remember I have more motivations when I do art trade. So, what do you think ? =)

And I might draw something for you if you help me to get theses. ;)

After, it's pretty embarrassed when it's not the good ref.

Believe me, having done so many pics of other peoples characters, a bad ref can ruin your ability to do a pic/sprite...
Also YAY!!! =D
Yeah. I need an accurate ref to draw. I don't like to do some mistakes when I do a sprite because the ref was bad. =/
