Ho-hum. :P

I've felt unusually unproductive since I finished Mind Games, I haven't really accomplished much of anything since then, story-wise. I've tried to work on the new Eric and Milo, but that has mostly consisted of staring blankly at the document window.
I'm not fishing for sympathy or trying to excuse my lazy ass, I just felt like sharing my frustration with you guys. I don't know if it's writer's block or if I've just got a motivation problem, but it sure as hell ain't much fun.
Bear with me, guys, I'll figure something out.
EDIT: I just realized I completely missed this 'commenter appreciation day' thing, which I think was a great idea. My bad. I always try to reply to comments, and I gotta say, you guys are awesome. I've never received an openly hostile comment, even given the, let's say "unusual" nature of some of my stories. I would like to thank each and every one of you who's ever left a comment on one of my stories. It always warms my heart to know that people enjoy my writing.

Have you thought of trying a chain-story project with any other writers on the site?
*sigh* Sometimes I think I'm more cut out for the conception and idea process than the actual act of writing it out.
In your case, I hope you find your muse in the near future. Hopefully, it won't be while she's in the midst of "inspiring" another writer.
like for me, I’ll reply with comments, saying where to improve on art, help people on how to use color coding (wooo!) or generally trying to help others improve and being supportive. But for me, I’m not all that motivated to write my own stories, I probably have video games to blame for that…
though that's not saying my own brain isn’t creative, no. the things I can think of are really out there, you know? I just don't feel like writing them down.
All I can say is, keep at it. Don't take too long of a break, otherwise you may end up making a habit of getting lazy on writing. Doesn't mean you shouldn't take breaks, so long as you don't get apathetic.
